Terms & Conditions

1. General

• NexForge Computers reserves the right to update prices, product availability, or website information without prior notice.
• Product images shown on the website are for illustration purposes and may differ slightly from the actual product.
• We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders where necessary.
• All customers must provide accurate and complete information during checkout.

2. Payments

• Payments can be made via bank transfer, card payments, Juice, or cash on delivery (available only for items currently in stock in Mauritius).
• For items not in stock locally, the full amount is required immediately after checkout.
• Orders are only processed once payment is successfully received.

3. Import-on-Demand Items

• Estimated delivery time for import-on-demand products is 8–10 days, unless otherwise stated.
• Customers may cancel an order within 48 hours of placing it. After this period, cancellations are no longer accepted.
• A full refund is provided only if the ordered item becomes unavailable or cannot be sourced.

4. Custom PC Builds

• Custom PC builds require full payment before assembly begins.
• Build time is typically 2 days, depending on part availability and workload.
• Once the build process has started, changes to components may not be possible.

5. Delivery & Warranty

Detailed terms for delivery, shipping, warranty, and returns are provided on their respective pages and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

6. Legal

• All transactions and website use are governed by the laws of Mauritius.
• Any disputes will be handled in accordance with Mauritian jurisdiction.
